Woo... last night I went to see Journey at the Concert Hall.
I understand that some of my readers will be going "You went to see who?" Well, they're only like the 29th best selling group of all time... look them up on YouTube or something!
It opened with Neal Schon playing Jerusalem on the guitar - which was pretty amazing in itself and then the night just got better and better!
It was interesting that for quite a few of the really well known songs it wasn't the frontman singing... it was the drummer (both of which weren't around [hardly born!] when the songs were written!)
They closed with Separate Ways (Worlds Apart), which was a perfect way to end the night!
All in all it was an excellent night! I'm still buzzing.
