I came across this video on YouTube last night and I thought I'd share it with you 'cause I thought it was cool... I wanted to wait until today to post 'cause I wanted to post something on the funky 'date of satan'.
It's not exactly hard to work out what the video's is of - planes on a radar screen in the Summer of 2003 - when it looks like the Memphis area was hit with quite a large storm (big coloured blob) and all the planes from all over had to be diverted around the storm to land safely at the airport.
I think it's cool when the storm's actually over the airport and the planes all do a bit of a dance and either end up managing to land or get diverted to other airfields.
Yeah, the planes all seem close together... I think the gray lines are state boundries... no idea on the time scale either...
