I went to the Sheffield Cable Waterski today. Loads of fun! Was better at it than I thought! Making it to the second corner on my first go and by the third time was going around the thing. Didn't like the idea of skiing though, seems like a much easier way to fall over and have a silly long walk back! They'd be lighter to carry back than the kneeboards though!
