After trying to work out the best way of connecting the huge wires to the pins of the surface mount chips, I've managed it :)
I thought I'd buggered the board as well for a moment, but it looks like it's a loose connection, somewhere... so now the board will receive, process and output down RS232 both it's onboard digital accellorometer, and what is coming from the analouge watch (the idea being to compare the results)
I got bored and decided to see how much it likes The Prodigy.
Shows how sensitive it is really :)
