Since when have computers not worked on bank holidays? grrrr.
Update: A closer read of the website reveals :
The WebCHeck service will be closed for the bank holiday on Friday 18th and Monday 21st April.
Normal service will resume at 7.00am on Tuesday 22nd.
So it appears I'm right, computers don't do bank holidays, how silly. They'll be starting a trade union soon...
Was looking at online quotes for car insurance a while back and it said online quote server is only available 8am-7pm mon-fri. I might as well just phone them if that's the case :(
